Harsh Patel, the mastermind behind Currizza, is a culinary innovator at heart. While running a successful Indian restaurant where he enthusiastically embraced new and exciting fusion flavours, he began working towards his own fusion venture in 2014. Combining his love for fusion cuisine with a passion for pizza, he embarked on a journey to infuse the bold spices and flavours of India into this beloved Italian classic. Dedicating over a year to perfecting his recipes, formulating and trialling signature sauces, and crafting a unique menu, Harsh launched the first Currizza store in 2019, quickly followed by a second in 2021. Now, with a proven concept that blends the best of both worlds, Harsh is ready to take Currizza beyond Wellington and introduce its tantalizing fusion pizzas to a wider audience. Setting up trademarks and scouting locations throughout 2023 in Australia, Harsh is excited to take his hallmark style to customers across the ANZ region.
