Owner-operator and Employees
HT Hire provides temporary fencing and portable toilets for a wide range of customers and projects including construction and building sites, events and projects. Franchisees are able to build a solid base of ongoing clients to ensure a steady revenue stream as well as servicing lucrative short-term clients. Temporary fencing is manufactured by the companies engineering arm, ensuring growing demand is always able to be met. This is a simple, profitable, owner-operator business model that gives franchisees control of their hours and income.
John Hibb is an engineer who saw an opportunity in the market to provide builders and residential customers with a one-stop-shop for temporary fencing and toilet hire. When John started the business 8 years ago he knew there was a market for these two products, but didn’t expect the demand to be what it is. John wants to provide franchisees with full administration and client billing support because he understands that at the end of a busy day the last thing he felt like doing was a couple more hours of office work. The model means franchisees can focus on great customer service and leave the rest up to Head Office.
