Northbrook Homes was founded by Simon and Kym Marshall, experienced building professionals who have spent over 20 years operating within a major national building franchise. During that time, they built one of the most successful regions in the country—delivering up to 160 homes per year and leading a large, high-performing team.

Their experience gave them a deep understanding of what works in the building industry—and where traditional franchise models fall short.
